For over 150 years, Wayland has been bringing together alumni, families, and friends with the goal of engaging individuals with Wayland and the greater Beaver Dam community.
Since its inaugural debut nearly 50 years ago, Wayland's annual Spring Gala and Auction continues to be our school's largest fundraiser of the year. In 2021, the Holiday Online Auction and the Big Red Classic golf outing were added to the mix of annual events.
Wayland Academy is incredibly grateful for the numerous sponsors committed to supporting our school and its needs. The Academy hosts several community events each year that are only made possible through the generous financial donations of individuals and organizations throughout our community.
We are currently seeking sponsors for the events taking place during this fiscal year, including the Holiday Online Auction, Spring Gala & Auction, and Big Red Classic golf outing. Your sponsorship will give you benefits at each event.

Levels of Sponsorship
We offer various levels of sponsorship. Each tier includes numerous benefits for sponsors to enjoy as a thank you for their generosity in making these events possible for Wayland and the Beaver Dam community. The goal of sponsorship is to ensure these events are affordable and enjoyable for alumni, families, and friends. You can learn more about each tier by selecting one of the corresponding buttons. Once you register online to become a Wayland Event Sponsor, please scroll down to select your sponsorship level and make your payment online. Volunteers & Partners
Wayland also deeply appreciates the donation of time; We rely on volunteers and partners to help with various aspects of our events. Corporate partners receive increased visibility and brand awareness, and can achieve a noticeable growth in revenue and customer loyalty through sponsorship. The hardworking team at Wayland works closely with the community and corporate partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
The Academy also relies on volunteers to ensure the successful exectution of our events. Volunteers can support by assisting in event planning committees, auction item acquisition, mailing invitations, and many other tasks.
