Dining on campus is provided by Sodexo Food Services and led by a campus legend: Chef Richard H `20. Students enjoy tasty meals and the staff is very responsive to suggestions for additions to the menu. Staff can accommodate students special dietary needs (including gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options).
Chef and his team also create that formal meals for special occasions, like dances, are especially memorable. Alumni remark how much they enjoy coming back to campus for Homecoming and Spring Gala to visit Chef and enjoy the special dinners.
