Sew a Traditional Japanese Robe

Tamaki Hashiramoto
I made a Japanese traditional cloth, called Yukata. I chose this because I wanted to do something related to Japan for my senior capstone since I was a sophomore. I already had a Yukata, but I wanted to try another design, so I thought maybe I can just make new one by myself. I learned the pleasure of making something from scratch and how great Japanese culture is. I want to say thank you to my adviser, Ms. Tyranski, and Ms. Bird. Also, I want to thank my grandmother. She helped me a lot, and I couldn’t have finished it without her help.
