Current Wayland Parent and Acclaimed Lithuanian Artist to Perform at Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre

The community is invited to a special evening of music featuring Vidas Bareikis, an acclaimed Lithuanian singer, songwriter, and current Wayland parent.

Vidas will take the stage at the Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre on Wednesday, October 29 at 7 pm, performing songs from his new album, Here and Now, alongside a live band. The album’s creative journey began right here in Beaver Dam last year, making this performance a meaningful return for the artist.

The evening will open with performances by Wayland Academy students who collaborated with Vidas during a three-week songwriting workshop on campus.

“Wayland Academy and the Beaver Dam community hold a special place in my heart,” Vidas shared. “I’m excited to share this new album in the very place where its creative journey began.”

Vidas is the parent of Wayland junior Adas Bareikis, and we are thrilled to celebrate his artistry and generosity in sharing his talents with our students and the broader community.

The VB by the Sea: Here and Now concert is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
