Wayland Academy Presents the 61st Annual Festival of Lessons and Carols

Wayland Academy Presents the 61st Annual Festival of Lessons and Carols

Wayland Academy invites the community to celebrate the season at our annual Festival of Lessons and Carols on Sunday, Dec. 14. The nondenominational service begins at 6 p.m. in Kimberly Chapel, located on the north end of Wayland’s campus in Beaver Dam.

Lessons and Carols is a cherished Wayland tradition featuring Christmas carols, hymns, choral music, and scripture readings delivered in multiple languages. This year, Wayland’s student body represents 38 countries, reflecting the global perspectives and voices shared throughout the service. The evening will conclude with our traditional candlelight ceremony.

The service is free and open to the public. Parking is available on University Avenue, Franklin Street, and in the Janik Field House lot.

For more information, visit the Wayland Academy Facebook page or contact Andrew Estervig, Director and Chair of the Fine Arts Department, at 920-356-2120 ext. 254 or aestervig@wayland.org.
