Wayland Big Red Soccer Victory of Campbellsport

Please join Coach Gefvert and the Wayland community in congratulating the girls' soccer team on their 3–1 victory over Campbellsport yesterday. 

The team played with strength and cohesion. The few mistakes gave the team many opportunities for scoring. 

• Saniah Wright `23 scored two goals with one assist from Llyan Tabas`24.
• Helen Kaup `24 scored a goal and was dominant in the mid-field. 
• Naomi Mwai `23 tore up the mid-field with several shots on goal and maintained ball possession beautifully. 
• The backfield, led by Dani Espinosa `24, maintained a solid defense with Keyla Gallegos `22 and Lotus Buss `24.
