Soccer Ring the Bell Student-Athlete of the Week—Saniah Wright `23

Join us in celebrating this week's Ring the Bell Student-Athletes! Congratulations Big Red student-athletes for ringing the bell personally, academically, and athletically. 🔔

  • Baseball—Clayton Kroschel  `25: Clayton gets this honor for coming in ready to work and lead every day. The no-hitter last week was a testament to how much he puts into this game and team. Way to Ring the Bell!
  • Lacrosse—Ajani Christmas `24: Ajani has worked hard all week in practice, always encouraging and helping his teammates. He is a vocal leader on the defense and made critical stops in our recent game to keep us within striking distance. For his hard work and dedication to improving each time he steps on the field, Ajani is this week's student-athlete of the week. Great work!
  • Girls Soccer—Saniah Wright `23: Saniah leads the team with goals because of her hard work. She has a desire to succeed and be her very best. She stands tall on the field and the training ground. She never quits, asks how to get better, and then applies those techniques to the game. She does anything for the team and takes the toughest position on the pitch striker and gets it done! Way to Ring the Bell!
  • Rowing—Jacqueline Fogarty `26: Jacqueline is being recognized for her consistent improvements in her 2000-meter score on the ergometer. Jac moved from 12:50 in February to 11:55 before the break and improved to 9:22 just recently. She displays a positive attitude and is learning quickly how to apply power. Way to Ring the Bell!
  • Softball—Jaya James `25: Jaya has been taking charge on offense and defense in center field. Showing her true team spirit, Jaya agreed to try a new position as catcher to further support her team. WAY TO GO!
  • Boys Tennis—Adrian Lechuga `25: Adrian earned this award for stepping up to fill in on the tennis team this week. He used his strong tennis skills to play in the four singles flight, winning two of his three matches. Not only was he willing to help the team he also placed 5th in the tournament! Thanks for being a team player, Adrian!
  • Boys Track and Field—Luca Roetter-Gresback `26: Luca runs with joy every day and has steadily progressed as a runner. He always gives his all and is a great teammate with a great sense of humor. Way to Ring the Bell!
  • Girls Track and Field—Rachana Sawyers `24: Rachana is one of the most positive people I have ever been around. She also works really hard, always has a smile on her face, and is really improving. Way to Ring the Bell!

Keep ringing the bell! 🔔 🎉
