Ring-the-Bell Student-Athletes of the Week—December 11
Join us in celebrating these Big Red student-athletes who are being recognized for ringing the bell—personally, athletically, and academically. 🔔 Go Big Red! 🎉
- Boys Basketball—Sam Porras `25: Sam has been leading the boys basketball team with intensity and focus in practice as well as teaching the game to less experienced players.
- Girls Basketball—Maria Jose Acon `24: Maria made a career-high seven three-point shots, finishing with 26 points, to help lead a comeback win against Horicon in a 69-57 win against Trailways East foe Horicon on Friday, December 8.
- Fencing—Anik Biswas `24: Anik has improved his planning, is very committed to his attacks, and tries multiple techniques.
- Powerlifting—Reagan Born `27 and Tristan Kittel `27: Both of these individuals did a great job, ringing the bell by working extremely hard and being coachable in a sport that they are both brand new to! They always have a positive attitude and are willing to do whatever is asked of them. Way to ring the bell, Reagan and Tristan!
- Boys Swimming—Albert Kim `27: Albert is being recognized for his willingness to try the most difficult swim events for the team.
