Ring-the-Bell Student-Athletes of the Week—April 1

Lacrosse Ring the Bell Student-Athlete of the Week—Jayden Robinson `25

These student-athletes are Ringing the Bell personally, athletically, and academically! 🫶🏽 The spring sports season is off to a great start. Please join us in congratulating these Big Red student-athletes. 🎉

  • Baseball—Bao Bui `25: Bao was selected because of his willingness to get better. Whether it's footwork fielding, batting, or throwing the ball, he has maintained a positive attitude. I have been impressed by his tenacity! He wants to be better, and it reflects this in the cage and on the field. He has been a good teammate, too. If someone needs to warm up and asks him to help, he's happy to do it.
  • Golf—Jay Cho `26: This week's Golf RTB athlete of the week is Hyunjae "Jay" Cho. Jay has been an early leader for the team as he shares his talent and gives pointers to his teammates. He puts in his full effort and concentration at each practice, which shows. Jay's early performance signals a great season lies ahead of us this year. Way to go, Jay!
  • Lacrosse—Jayden Robinson `25: Jayden is our lacrosse athlete of the week. He has worked hard during the first week of practice. He helped to set the tone by being attentive at practice and has been putting in the extra work needed to be successful this season. He has also helped create a positive atmosphere by encouraging and supporting our players with less experience. Way to RTB, Jayden!
  • Rowing—Kat Fogarty `24: Kat has been instrumental in organizing this season, from helping with boat delivery to training novices in tool use to practice support and lifeguarding our swim testing times. Great leadership!
  • Girls Soccer—Nina Micheli `27: Nina has shown an eagerness to learn, a willingness to try new things, and exceptional skill as a quick learner once she has developed good habits!
  • Softball—Maddie Clark `25: Maddie consistently shows up early to practice, communicates incredibly well, and sets a strong example for the team. Maddie is dedicated to her position at second base and is always improving. She is a great leader and continues to show up for her teammates when they need help!
  • Boys Tennis—Anton Flatt `25: Anton has been a great role model and exhibits a positive attitude in and out of practice. His excitement about the sport of tennis shows and he is always working to improve his tennis skills.
  • Track and Field—Osaya Sule `24: Osaya has displayed outstanding leadership. He showed new athletes technique and worked hard on the track and in the weight room. He has big goals for the season and is off to a great start toward achieving them.

Way to go, Big Red! Keep that bell ringing. 🔔 🔔 🔔
