From offering an engaging curriculum, coaching Big Red sports teams, leading exciting activities, to providing support and advice through the mentor program, Wayland employees are truly ingrained in the Wayland experience. 90% of them even live right on campus, eating regular meals in the dining hall and serving as dorm supervisors.

At Wayland, we take pride in providing individualized attention and support to every student, which is evident through our 6:1 faculty ratio and mentor program. We aim to cultivate a sense of independence and thoughtful citizenship among our students, and our close-knit faculty play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
