A Typical Day

Every day is different at Wayland Academy. The one constant is that there is something to do every morning, noon, and night. Even on school days, there is often free time from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m., so students can eat a leisurely dinner and hang out with friends to unwind. Weekends are more loosely-structured, and students have time to sleep in, recharge, visit local restaurants, go to movies, or attend a variety of activities. Past Wayland events have included shopping trips in Madison and Milwaukee, concerts, swimming or boating excursions, SCUBA diving classes and trips, professional ball games, renaissance fairs, festivals, and amusement parks. The list goes on and on, but rest assured that there are plenty of weekend opportunities for students of all interests.
