Swan Library

The Swan Library, so named in 1988 after former faculty member and Wayland benefactor Miss Mary Swan `25 and her family, is open daily for research and study. The Swan Library has a collection of more than 20,000 volumes, current and back issues of more than 90 periodicals, six local and national newspapers, an extensive collection of CD's, computer software, filmstrips, records, slide, and video programs.

Students may access reference materials in hard copy, as well as CD format and online. Swan Library has access to materials in libraries throughout the State of Wisconsin, as well as the Beaver Dam Community Library.

The resources of Swan Library are maintained to assist and enhance student learning. Students are encouraged to use the Swan Library facilities both during the academic day and during the evening study hall hours.
