The Wayland experience offers students many opportunities for growth in areas other than academia. 

Students gain leadership skills through programs such as student government, Senior Prefects, and the conduct review committee.

Wayland's mentoring program assures that every student has a close contact with a faculty member. Students are taught the value of giving back to their community through character education components such as the community service requirement, the Day of Caring, and the Champions of Character athletic program.

These and the many activities scheduled for students form close ties and lasting friendships and gives our students a well-rounded education both in and out of the classroom.
