Wayland's exceptional faculty, with a focus on meeting college readiness goals, develop individual plans to suit the needs of each student.  Our teachers interact with students in small classes, and through a rigorous curriculum, build a foundation for future college success.

Over 80% of Wayland's faculty have either a masters or doctorate degree. However, they are far more than just experienced educators.  They serve as mentors assisting students with course selection and monitoring academic progress.  Many live in the residence halls and all enjoy the meals in our dining hall.  They are accessible, caring, and completely engaged in campus life.
