Each faculty member instructs a small number of students each day in the classroom. This allows for individual attention for students and a better understanding of a student's strengths and weaknesses.

Wayland's faculty works closely with students in every aspect of campus life. Close to 65% of our faculty lives on campus or in the dorm, making teachers available to students 24/7.

Classroom instruction is key, however our faculty instruct in many other ways as well. For example, teaching (by example) social responsibility, spiritual awareness, and aesthetic sensibilities are all part of a Wayland education.
