Meet the Faculty
Wayland Academy offers its students an exceptional faculty; over 80% of Wayland's faculty members have either a master's or a doctorate. Wayland’s rigorous curriculum prepares students to excel in college, and its small classes allows teachers to treat students as individuals.
However, Wayland’s teachers are far more than just experienced educators. They also serve as mentors, assisting students with course selection and monitoring academic progress and positive character development. Additionally, many live in the residence halls and all eat in our dining hall. They are accessible, caring and completely engaged in campus life.
